An early Thanksgiving

Yesterday Kelly decided that it was time to cook the turkey that we have had in our freezer for about six months. We all know that you can't have turkey without all the extras so Kelly went all out. Mashed potatoes, gravy, brown sugar carrots, glazed onions, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and one six pound bird (yeah, he's just a little guy) Brandon and Michelle, along with our neighbors Josh and Lindsey, helped us do our duty on the food and I believe a good time was had by all.
Earlier in the day Kelly and I took a drive up to Sundance and then up to South Fork and admired the leaves and beautiful fall scenery. In some places the leaves are almost gone and in others they are still looking great. Down here in town only a few types of trees are beginning to turn.
We still plan on going to Denver on Friday. We'll probably leave after Kelly teaches her morning class and be there Friday afternoon. Our current plan is to stay with Kelly's g-pa and join the festivities wherever they may be.
Some of you heard what I purchased with my birthday money. Here's a picture of what I currently have. There are more parts on the way and it's currently broken down into many more pieces than you see here.
