I thought I would post tonight while I am at the computer. This is my latest creation that I am kind of proud of. I can't get the other pictures to post, so I'll try to add them later. They were my big sellers at Farmer's Market. I was at Gritman earlier this week and decided to stop in the gift shop to see if they ever sell items from local artists. The lady in charge is probably in her seventies and didn't really get what I was talking about when I tried to describe vinyl lettering to her, so she said to bring some samples in. I took some of these tiles in on Friday and she was a little stumped as to what to do with them, she thought you put hot pans on them, I told her she could...but that they were more for decoration. Her assitant who was a little younger, stepped in and asked if they could do a small order to test them out and see if they would sell. They took my card and told me they would discuss it with the new manager. I doubt anything will come of it but it was good experience.
