On this date in 1990

"It got up to about 10 degrees F today. It's a heat wave. We only had sacrament meeting today. It was very good and the choir put on a good presentation. Then we came home and ate. Then mom started to make some cookies. We watched T.V. Dad called Karla Brashear. Her husband was Dad's roomate, and he's working in Saudi Arabia now. He's a navigator. Mom made a cake, Felicia's friend's, lemon squares, sugar cookie dough, and ice box cookie dough tonight. We watched T.V. Richards' came over tonight with some bread. It's 11:12. Dad had tithing settlement tonight.
Yesterday was Saturday. We did routes in -10 degree weather. Then I slept a bit. Then Brant, Erik, and I went over to Nate Schroeder's to practice for his band. He's doing it for his eagle project. We went ot the church to practice and make some cookies. Then we came home and our family and Richards went out to see, "Home Alone." It's a halarious movie....Then we came home and hung around. Mom and Dad got mad at us for being bad to each other. Then we got ready for our small band concert. It was at the Good Samaritan, a retirement home. We played about 8 Christmas songs and passed out cookies. It went all right. Then we went home and Brant and I went down to the church to play ball with the rest of the family. That was fun and when I got home I read about half of "Borden Chantry".

Merry Christmas

Hope everyone had a good Sabbath. Kevin had his first taste of subbing in Nursery-- don't ask how it went. The Primary put on the Nativity today which is always fun to watch. And the choir had it's program. Kelly we sang a cool Christmas song if you're still director next year.
