Watching the fireworks over Avon lake on the 3rd. They had a great show that went on for almost 30 minutes. Aly had a great time. (Vail's fireworks on the 4th were very tiny this year due to the fire danger.)
Waiting for the Fourth of July parade in Vail. Each year we take up more real estate along the parade route as our numbers increase. This year we were brave and sat on the opposite side of the street from our normal routine.
Hiking up above Beaver Creek in Avon. The kids had fun messing around and playing in the stream.

Happy Birthday Les! She helped the kids make her own cake pops out of doughnut holes, almond bark and crushed candy bars and sprinkles.
While back in Vail, we did some letterboxing. This stamp was hiden in a magnetic key box under the rail.
Leavenworth isn't the only place to find these guys... this one was a funny entertainer.
Leave it to us to find a bunch of hula hoops and then enter a pumpkin seed spitting contest led by Uncle Sam himself.
