Kimbre and I had an enjoyable trip to Portland last week. We left early Wed. morning and returned Sunday afternoon. The main goal was for Kimbre to attend the wedding/reception of one of her high school friends. Kimbre got roped into doing her hair at the last minute as well.
The trip's activities including a visit to the beauty supply shop for fancy shampoo, a few hair cuts, hours of late night ping-pong, riding dirt bikes, a Harry Potter flick, a trip to the Nike employee store, and a reception at the same church Kimbre and I had ours in.
We also got to put our new digital camera to work. Sorry no pics to post, the computer is next on the wish list.
Kimbre and I are also the proud owners of a new sofa and loveseat. We celebrated by jumping up and down on our old futon until it snapped, then tossed it into the dumpster.
