It got a little soft and muddy under the old slab

Under much duress I agreed to have the mugo pine under the old deck removed. Now I'm glad it is gone.

We had lots of advice and comments from the neighbors. Dan Shears visited often and lent his ladder, air impact wrench, pickup, etc. All very much appreciated. Shane lent his cement mixer - very much appreciated.

Once again, thank you to all who helped in any way. The workers and the supporters.

We have had many compliments - Stavros really like the block flower beds and especially the black balusters. Harvey Hughett couldn't believe the quickness of the driveway. One day it was there and the next it was gone and the next is was new. He also couldn't believe that you guys had all the skills to do it and do it so well. Yesterday when I was watering the lawn I saw a bunch of foot prints around the front blocks where I am going to plant lawn. They happened while we were at the airport. I think they might belong to Shane and Tracey (they were checking out the block work).

We went to Woodbury's last night. It was cold, cold, cold. Not to may came. Larry thanked Brant and Kevin for coming to help.

We hope everyone is back to some semblance of normal. We still can't believe it is all done and done well. We love it. Thanks again to all who helped.
