Two new chairs

Just a note to thank everyone again for all your hard work on these projects. We love them. The neighbors love them too. The building inspector came today and said everything looked good. I had taken some lath and nailed them in the open spaces between the treads on the stairs. He looked at them funny and said they won't last. I said "I know" but I wanted to get the permit signed off and they meet the letter of the law. He gave me several suggestions and signed the permit.
