Guess who likes to pull herself up in her crib.

Bath time!

Another week has come and gone here in the Commonwealth. Like Dad said in his post, not much exciting has happened here, but we're still moving along. We've had two different sets of friends in town last weekend and this weekend. We've made the rounds of the local monuments and memorials and walked about 20 miles around town. Friday night Kelly's uncle took us to an Ethiopian restaurant and last night our visiting friends took us to Lebanese food. I think we've had our international fill for the week and we didn't even have to pay for it.
The weather is still warm here, but a little cooler. One or two of the trees have started to change color and I'm waiting to experience my first taste of East Coast Fall colors (Kelly has been telling me about them since I met her).
Kevin and I were discussing Stompers last night on the phone, so I thought I would post a picture. I always appreciated the two sets of tires so you could get the best traction wherever you happened to be.

Odds and Ends

Knott's Berry Farm California - December 1973

Not much exciting this week- just a bunch of stuff:

  • Larry hasn't showed to cut the shrubs out of the backyard yet.

  • Temperature on Saturday was 93 (a record).

  • Temperature today was 70.

  • Dan - neighbor to the south is rebuilding part of his camp trailer, there are pieces of Styrofoam all over our back yard.

  • We hosted the missionaries for dinner last night.

  • We went to the cannery Friday night - 4 more cases of food storage.

  • We're headed to Leavenworth for the weekend. We'll think about you'all (maybe).

  • I've been doing Eagle Scout Boards of Review. Got another one Tuesday night.

  • The Vandals lost yesterday

  • The Bears are 4-0, including Clarkston and Pullman.

Have a good week.
