Boo Boos at Work

About three weeks ago I had a little fender bender at work on some icy roads. Of the the four body panels on the passenger side, I had damage to three of them. Only the right rear quarter panel made it out unscathed.

I thought I was over the bad luck until last week when I had an up close and personal contact with a rather large unleashed sheep dog at 40 m.p.h. The beauty of it all, is that the spare car I was in just happened to be the one I drove for the first four years of working at Kootenai county. I think it's on its third bumper already, now soon to be fourth.

Pictures aren't bad for a 3mp cell phone.

Hallee's Basketball Campionship

I had a basketball championship on Saturday and it was all dependent on the first game which we won 32-4 and then we got to play a second game which we also won 19-22. We were the #1 team in our league.

Here is my idiotic picture in which I am holding my trophy while daddy made me laugh and then he took the picture at the wrong time but I figured I could just leave it and no one would care because they know who I am. (giggle, giggle)

By the way it may be a girl doing a lay up but I say it is a basketball girl dunking.

Who saw the BYU game against Gonzaga?
Ever since Christmas I guess it was just the BYU sweat shirt that got my going and watching almost every game.

And we are alive its just daddy does not like posting.

61st Birthday

Gun inventory
Palouse Falls
Well I'm 61 years old and hardly feel a day over 60.
This was spring break week in Moscow. Monday Mom and I and Seth and Lacey's family drove out to Palouse Falls for fun. We walked around, took pictures, and then had a picnic. Afterwards we drove south and stopped at a fish hatchery beside the snake river. It was a self-guided tour so we walked around and saw a lot of small fish in long ponds. It was fun to watch them jump. Then we drove on to Lewiston, stopped at Costco to shop and then came home.
It snowed a couple of times this week but it usually melts by noon. Not much is happening with the farmers, they can't get in or near their fields.
The gun picture is for my inventory. I am trying to photograph and log each room in the house for an inventory. Got to have something to do on those long winter evenings.
Friday morning Mom finally went to Quick-Care to see about the bad cough she has had. Yup, she has walking pneumonia. The doctor put her on some medication and told her it may take 2 to 3 refills to kill it. She is a little better today.
Yesterday we watched BYU defeat Gonzaga. I like both teams but it was nice to see BYU win.
Today at church Dan Mosman reported his mission. He served in the New York area Spanish speaking. Carol was there as well as all the Mosmons here in Moscow. He will be going back to Logan to work and then get into school.
That's it for this week.
