Sao Paulo housing

A few days ago we got our housing assignment for Sao Paulo and it looks like we'll be in a very nice apartment in the Moema neighborhood. It'll be about a 20-30 min drive to work or I could walk there in about an hour. I've been playing around on Google Maps and it looks like we have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and some decent parks as well. If the Church's website is correct, our church building will be just a 15 min walk from our apartment. I'm not certain, but I think the building inside the little red circle on the pic below is the one we will be living in.
