When Erik and Jaime were here a couple of weeks ago, they gave us 72 slices of pre-cooked bacon from Sam's club. For those of you who don't know, bacon is one of nature's delights. In the past 3 weeks, we've found many ways to use this bacon. Including the following:
in tacos
in grilled cheese sandwiches
in any other type of sandwich
BLTs
all alone
fettuccine, tomato and bacon with ricotta cheese
spaghetti, bacon, onions and peppers with ricotta cheese
in scrambled eggs
in soup
So thank you Erik and Jaime, for feeding us for the past 3 weeks. We're down to the last layer in our package, and we're considering stealing our friend's Sam's card so we can buy some more.
