The Front Fell Off

I'm going to try to attach a video. Let me know if it works, and if it creates a laugh.

Forecast...More Snow

Our plow guy doesn't know how to work around vehicles. He just plows everyone in. If the car doesn't move for a day or two the berm gets a little deep for the Mazda,

We received another 2-3" overnight. Here are some pictures I took when I got home from work. The snow melted off the trees, It used to look a lot better. We have about 12"-18" on the ground right now, depending on which snow drift you stand in. It's stayed about the same for the last few days with it melting and settling between each storm. Apparently Kootenai County is now officialy in a "State of Emergency." I don't know about Latah County. Our plows don't like to work overtime up here, so the roads are quite fun during the wee hours of the morning. Crown Vics just were not made for snow.
We had it pretty bad last Saturday night, Sunday morning. Two of our deputies got stuck and a third couldn't make it up his own driveway. I had to respond to a crash at top speed of 10 mph on a sheet of ice as I rounded some twists and turns. Nothing beats the feeling of driving along as you weigh your options of ditching it into the uphill snow bank of riding it out over the downhill edge of the road.
